this release is not compliant with the google play 64-bit requirements unityBeginning August 1, 2019, your apps published on Google Play will demand to support 64-bit architectures. 64-bit CPUs achieve faster, richer experiences for your users. Combining a 64-bit version of your app gives performance improvements, makes way for future discovery, and sets you up for devices with 64-bit-only device.
The following APKs or App Bundles are available to 64-bit devices, but they only have 32-bit native code: 2.
Solution:
The solution is to turn off support for x86 devices in your Target Architectures.
I was able to publish my app after uncheking x86 support.
Try this, if it work for you then please comment and share my post.
Thanks
